		<description>Well said. I'd add that any organizations abiding by the "old rules" of marketing &#38; PR are going to fall behind, not just in social media, but in promoting their business in general.

"There will need to be a hybrid team – and change is necessary" is true for all marketing &#38; PR, &#38; definitely in social media.
