I've been involved with online marketing for close to two years now, but have been an entrepreneur for over 21 years. I really didn't get the concept of social media marketing until I took the time to shift threw all the crap and learn from people who are out here making things happen as opposed to selling e-books which leave you hanging.

It's all about fulfilling your customers needs, building relationships and doing something different to stand out from the crowd. I think people make social media harder than it really is, and even though we have this wonderful new tool called the internet business basics will always stay the same.

A happy customer, is a customer for life.
